Requires a university degree and 10-12+ years of experience with naval radars and shipboard systems, specifically the Aegis Combat Management System. Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret security clearance and preferably a former U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officer.

Raytheon is seeking an Associate Director for Naval Radars on the Naval Power Requirements and Capabilities team to lead campaigns to grow Raytheon’s customer base for integrated air and missile defense sensors and naval surface platforms. The Associate Director develops, gains leadership approval and aggressively executes campaign strategies in close coordination with the Raytheon Naval Systems and Sustainment (NSS) Business Development Executive and Naval Power business units. The Associate Director will develop relationships with domestic and international customers to provide maritime integrated system solutions to meet their defense needs.

The salary range for this role is 172,900 USD - 328,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
