Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and over 7 years of leadership experience in fuel facility operations. Proficiency in jet fuel quality characteristics and the ability to pass a thorough security background check are required.

The Operations Manager will lead operations at Charlotte Douglas International Airport Fuel Facility. This position is responsible for overall operations performance, operational excellence, emergency operations, and staff development. This role will accomplish the primary responsibility through individual contribution and by leading four shift supervisors. The Operations Manager will ensure that Safety, Security, Quality, Training policies and requirements are met for Menzies Aviation and CLT Fuel Facilities, LLC.

Starting at $105,000
You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures. The company is committed to providing a safe working environment for all staff members.
