The Property Manager is responsible for driving positive budget performance and maintaining a physical occupancy of 95%. Key duties include managing resident retention, supervising staff, and conducting weekly property inspections to ensure quality standards.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience as a Property Manager, specifically managing luxury Class A apartments. Proficiency in budgeting, revenue enhancement, and team supervision is required, with Yardi experience preferred.

We are seeking a progressive Property Manager to join our team of avid learners; someone who is passionate for delivering results and making an impact.
As the Property Manager, your mission will be to drive positive budget performance for the asset. To achieve this mission, you will:
