Ready to take your career global?
Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Director of Marketing Analytics & Insights to join our ever evolving Global Marketing Performance & Insights team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you will lead the strategy and transformation of how marketing data is leveraged to drive growth, performance, and decision-making across regions. Your leadership will empower teams with actionable insights, scalable analytics capabilities, and modern reporting solutions that directly impact pipeline performance, return on investment, and business outcomes. By partnering closely with Marketing, Revenue, Business Intelligence (BI), and executive leadership, you will turn complex data into clear direction, advancing Global Payments’ mission to enable seamless, data-driven commerce experiences while shaping the future of our global marketing strategy.
What you'll own
Lead and scale a high-performing global analytics function that delivers actionable insights, enabling marketing and revenue teams to drive measurable growth, pipeline acceleration, and improved return on investment (ROI).
Shape the global marketing insights strategy by standardizing key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting frameworks, and data storytelling to influence executive decision-making and business performance.
Drive transformation of the analytics ecosystem by advancing scalable data models, modern reporting tools, and automated solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed to insight.
Empower data-driven decision-making across the organization by translating complex analytics into clear, compelling narratives that guide strategy, optimize campaigns, and improve conversion outcomes.
Partner cross-functionally to elevate business impact by influencing Marketing, Revenue Operations (RevOps), BI, Finance, and Enterprise Data teams to align on data governance, forecasting, and performance strategies.
What you'll bring
10–15+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy, with a proven track record of driving measurable business impact.
Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing analytics teams, including managing global or distributed models.
Deep expertise in marketing and revenue analytics, including pipeline performance, conversion optimization, and ROI measurement.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI (Business Intelligence) and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), with strong understanding of modern data ecosystems, ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) processes, and semantic data layers.
Exceptional executive communication and influencing skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive alignment and decision-making.
It's a bonus if you have
Experience driving adoption of AI-powered analytics tools, including Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies, to enhance reporting and insights generation.
Background supporting multi-regional or global marketing organizations with standardized analytics frameworks.
Proven ability to build scalable processes and automation strategies that improve team efficiency and output quality.
