Maintenance Supervisor | Job Overview
Maintenance professionals play a vital role in creating an exceptional apartment community. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you are expected to monitor your team's budget, manage inventory, and delegate work orders effectively. Maintenance Supervisor | Job Functions
Maintenance Supervisors work Monday through Friday, with standard office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This role will require participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies and occasional support for resident events, as needed.
