The Front Desk Supervisor guides front office staff in daily operations to ensure outstanding customer care and efficient guest services. Responsibilities include managing reservations, resolving guest complaints, and coordinating with other hotel departments to maintain quality operations.
Candidates should have experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar guest-facing role, with prior hospitality supervisory experience preferred. A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and hotel-specific PMS software.
Position Summary: The Front Desk Supervisor assists and guides the front office staff through their daily duties and responsibilities.

Front Desk Agent, customer service representative, or similar guest-facing experience
Prior supervisory experience in the hospitality industry preferred
Experience with brand or property specific PMS
M3, Efficenter, Quore, PBX and other hotel related systems
Proficient in Microsoft 365 or similar computer applications
Minimum High school diploma, GED or equivalent
