Regional Capital Investment Program Coordinator
The Opportunity:
As a facilities professional, you understand that coordinating capital investment activities across a large enterprise requires structured program management, analytical rigor, and clear communication. We need an experienced facilities program manager who can apply strategic insight, disciplined coordination, and strong stakeholder engagement skills to support the Marine Corps in managing enterprise‑level capital investment requirements.
On our team, you’ll support coordination for capital investment activities by reviewing facility investment needs, validating inputs, and preparing structured documentation that helps leadership prioritize resources across the Marine Corps. You’ll work closely with Marine Corps regional commands and installation stakeholders to track requirements, identify discrepancies, escalate issues, and keep capital investment activities synchronized across various geographic regions. You’ll also support the preparation of briefing materials, coordination packages, and planning summaries that enhance enterprise‑wide visibility and inform senior‑level decision‑making.
Your ability to synthesize facility investment information, interpret stakeholder priorities, and maintain disciplined program coordination processes will help the Marine Corps strengthen consistency, accuracy, and mission alignment across the enterprise capital investment portfolio. With mentoring, exposure to enterprise planning tools, and opportunities to learn new skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. You Have:
Knowledge of facility planning and capital investment principles, resource prioritization practices, or enterprise coordination workflows
Ability to interpret facility planning and programming information, operational requirements, or enterprise planning inputs, and incorporate them into structured summaries
Ability to coordinate with stakeholders to support gathering and tracking of schedule and budgetary requirements or planning activities
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience supporting facility lifecycle management, facilities planning, program or project coordination, or infrastructure analysis, or Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience supporting facility lifecycle management, facilities planning, program or project coordination, or infrastructure analysis
Nice If You Have:
Experience supporting Marine Corps commands, Navy commands, or other DoD programming or installation management organizations
Experience contributing to PPBE programming materials, POM inputs, PBIS or DAI financial summaries, or PAX or AMS project artifacts
Experience with enterprise systems such as iNFADS, FI Web, PBIS, DAI, PAX, or AMS, for real property visibility, programming alignment, or project execution tracking
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, to create dashboards or visuals for leadership analysis
Experience coordinating with multiple levels of stakeholders within a Marine Corps, Navy, or DoD organization to coordinate facilities-related requirements tracking, cross‑organization communication, or planning activities
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Planning, or a related field preferred;Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Planning, or a related field a plus
Facilities or Project Management Certifications such as CFM and PMP Certifications
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
