The Education Coordinator serves as a coach and resource for educators, observing classrooms to provide feedback and improve teaching practices. They collaborate with teachers to implement curriculum and ensure high-quality developmental education across multiple centers.
Candidates must have 1 to 3 years of experience in early childhood education and possess a high school diploma or GED. A degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education is strongly preferred, along with knowledge of classroom assessment tools.
Your role
As an Education Coordinator at Child Development Schools, you will serve as a coach, resource, and advocate for the educators across your assigned centers. Your work directly shapes the quality of education that over 30,000 children receive every day. You will spend your time in classrooms -- observing, coaching, and collaborating with teachers to strengthen their practice and improve outcomes for children and families.
This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable delivering feedback to a new teacher and presenting to a leadership team -- someone who is passionate about early childhood education and motivated by the growth and development of the people around them.
