Requires proven experience managing a technical service team and proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical repairs. Preference is given to candidates with experience in beverage dispensing equipment or similar electromechanical systems.

The Service Shop Manager will lead day-to-day operations of the Lyons Beverage Systems facility in Arlington, TX, overseeing a team of Service/Bench Technicians responsible for refurbishing returned juice equipment and servicing customer installations throughout the region. This is a working manager role — the right candidate will be equally comfortable directing the team and rolling up their sleeves to perform service and bench work alongside them.
Pay Range $70,000–$80,000/year
Hours: Monday - Friday
Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Arlington, TX
Travel Requirements: Up to 25%
Work environment: In Shop and Remote
