Wat ga je doen in de functie van Teamleider klantenservice?
· Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing, coaching, planning en begeleiding van je team op zowel gesprekstechnieken, vaardigheden, kwaliteit en KPI's.
· Je voert zelfstandig functionerings-, beoordelings-en verzuimgesprekken met medewerkers en bent verantwoordelijk voor de samenstelling van je team.
· Je werkt nauw samen met de aangesloten klinieken over kwaliteit, feedback en wederzijdse verwachtingen rondom de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
· We zijn een groeiende afdeling, die volop in ontwikkeling is. We horen graag de kansen en verbetervoorstellen die je signaleert.
Wie ben jij?
· Jij bent een ervaren Teamleider, bij voorkeur op het gebied van klantenservice/ klantcontact.
· Je houdt van een uitdaging en kijkt uit naar het bouwen en uitbreiden van het Team in zowel omvang als werkzaamheden en/ of locaties.
· Je vindt klantgerichtheid, service en bereikbaarheid enorm belangrijk, daarnaast ben je resultaatgericht en gedreven om de KPI's te behalen.
· Jij en jouw team zijn immers het visitekaartje van de kliniek!
· Last but not least ben je een echte dierenvriend! Ervaring in diergeneeskunde is een pre, maar geen must.
Wat jij in huis hebt:
· Je bent een ervaren teamleider, bij voorkeur op het gebied van klantenservice/ klantcontact die goed zelfstandig kan werken.
· Je bent een echte peoplemanager die een team aan zich weet te binden en te behouden.
· Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt ervaring met plannen en organiseren.
· Je houdt van een uitdaging, bent stressbestendig en proactief.
· Je hebt een zeer goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
· Je hebt geen 9-5 mentaliteit.
