Responsible for driving commercial growth in the Netherlands and Belgium by acquiring new hospitals and expanding existing accounts. The role involves navigating complex decision-making processes and positioning the company as a strategic partner for surgical education and efficiency.
Requires at least 5 years of experience in healthcare technology or digital health, preferably within a scale-up environment. Candidates must be fluent in Dutch and English and possess a strong ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and executives.

Jouw rol
Als Healthcare Partnerships Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van commerciële groei in Nederland en België door nieuwe ziekenhuizen aan Incision te verbinden en bestaande klanten verder uit te bouwen.
Je identificeert nieuwe commerciële kansen binnen jouw markt, ontwikkelt relaties met relevante stakeholders en bouwt een sterke pipeline die bijdraagt aan verdere groei.
Je begrijpt de uitdagingen van OK-teams, OK-management en ziekenhuisbestuurders. Je weet hoe je verschillende stakeholders met elkaar verbindt en helpt organisaties om draagvlak te creëren voor verandering.
Je navigeert moeiteloos door complexe besluitvormingstrajecten, van eerste kennismaking tot succesvolle samenwerking, waarbij je schakelt met zorgprofessionals, management, IT, inkoop en bestuurders. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met Customer Success, Product en Marketing om ervoor te zorgen dat klanten de maximale waarde uit Incision halen.
Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het sluiten van deals. Je positioneert Incision als strategische partner voor ziekenhuizen en weet commerciële kansen te vertalen naar langdurige samenwerkingen.
Je hebt ervaring binnen een scale-up of andere ondernemende omgeving waarin je gewend bent zelfstandig kansen te creëren, snel te schakelen en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
Je krijgt energie van het winnen van nieuwe klanten en het realiseren van groei in een markt die volop in ontwikkeling is.
Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen healthcare technology, digital health of zorggerelateerde software. Ervaring binnen de zorgsector of een bestaand netwerk binnen ziekenhuizen in Nederland en/of België is een sterke plus.
Je begrijpt hoe besluitvorming binnen ziekenhuizen werkt en hebt ervaring met enterprise-trajecten.
Je weet vertrouwen op te bouwen bij uiteenlopende stakeholders en langdurige relaties te ontwikkelen.
Je voelt je comfortabel in gesprekken met zowel zorgprofessionals als bestuurders.
Je bent scherp, stelt de juiste vragen en weet complexe klantbehoeften te vertalen naar concrete commerciële kansen.
Je werkt graag samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines en begrijpt dat succesvolle klantrelaties ontstaan door sterke samenwerking met andere teams.
Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
