The Senior Legal Adviser will support the Finance & Restructuring practice group by providing strategic legal advice on complex financing transactions and maintaining a knowledge base of legal precedents. They will also actively contribute to business development, innovation, and the sharing of specialist knowledge across project teams.
Candidates must have at least nine years of relevant experience in a finance practice, preferably within an international or transaction-oriented environment. A strong background in financing documentation, corporate law, and property law is required, along with excellent proficiency in both Dutch and English.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een Legal Adviser Finance om onze praktijkgroep Finance & Restructuring te versterken. Dit is een unieke kans om een strategisch belangrijke en multidisciplinaire praktijk te ondersteunen. De groep groeit snel en houdt zich bezig met corporate finance, leveraged finance en herstructureringsdossiers. In deze functie houd je je dagelijks bezig met corporate financiering, waaronder bancaire financiering, direct lending en debt capital markets.
Onze praktijkgroep Finance & Restructuring adviseert cliënten over complexe financieringstransacties en werkt daarbij samen met verschillende praktijkgroepen, waaronder Private Equity, M&A, Capital Markets en Litigation. Wij treden doorgaans op voor multinationals, maar ook voor sponsors (private equity) en kredietfondsen (direct lenders). We verstrekken daarnaast strategisch advies over kapitaalstructurering en begeleiden een breed scala aan transacties die van cruciaal belang zijn voor de onderneming. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team van hooggekwalificeerde specialisten en speelt een cruciale rol bij het versterken en op peil houden van de juridische kennis van het team. Hoewel je organisatorisch deel uitmaakt van Legal Operations, ben je in je dagelijkse werk volledig geïntegreerd in het F&R-team en neem je deel aan alle activiteiten van het team. Dit is geen louter ondersteunende rol.
