The Senior Consultant Grant Specialist will manage the full grants lifecycle, including pre-award activities, audit resolution, and internal controls reviews. They are responsible for conducting fieldwork, preparing project deliverables, and ensuring compliance with federal grant regulations.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience, including 1 year in a leadership role. Strong expertise in 2 CFR 200, grant accounting, and the ability to obtain a security clearance are required.

The expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
