And this isn't just a process role; it's a people role.
The Member Service Operations Agile Delivery Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering product enhancements that improve the employee and member experience. Working in partnership with teams across the enterprise, this position supports the planning, coordination, and execution of product changes while helping maintain a structured release management process that ensures enhancements are well planned, tested, communicated, and implemented. Serving as a Scrum Master for MSO product teams, this role also helps strengthen Agile practices by facilitating team events, coaching team members, and fostering continuous improvement. We're looking for someone who can build strong relationships, communicate effectively across teams, manage dependencies, drive work to successful outcomes and create alignment while helping others grow.
