Participate in negotiations with referral source organizations and collaborate with leadership to support strategic business development initiatives.
Manage respiratory product categories including ventilators, cough assist devices, supplies, and related equipment, ensuring qualification requirements, documentation, and billing compliance are met.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, new products, service offerings, and delivery practices to support territory growth and business strategy.
Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities including daily call reports, work plans, territory analyses, engagement tracking, and CRM documentation using Salesforce.com or similar systems.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, coordinating solutions, reporting patient outcomes, and making recommendations to leadership for service improvement.
Represent the Company professionally at industry events, networking opportunities, and manufacturer partner meetings to enhance public image, strengthen partnerships, and identify new opportunities.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuing education, seminars, professional publications, and participation in relevant industry organizations.
Support compliance, accreditation, and performance improvement initiatives by participating in inspections, surveys, reporting misconduct or unethical activity, and contributing to the Company’s Performance Improvement program.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
Five (5) years of experience in the DME, home health, or healthcare industry required; DME sales and marketing experience strongly preferred.
RCP or RRT credential preferred.
Established professional relationships within the healthcare community and referral network preferred.
Strong knowledge of respiratory services, durable medical equipment, and third-party payer policies.
Excellent public speaking, presentation, and provider engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of healthcare organizations.
