The engineer will organize and manage capital projects to ensure manufacturing productivity while maintaining and upgrading plant power systems and equipment controls. They are responsible for troubleshooting equipment, building control panels, and updating technical drawings using CAD software.
The candidate must have an electrical degree or a minimum of 10 years of related experience in electrical and manufacturing environments. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, and knowledge of 5S and Kaizen methodologies are required.

A segment of this position is responsible for developing and implementing engineering continuous improvement projects. This position is responsible for maintaining and upgrading plant power systems and equipment controls. This position supports all engineering, manufacturing and maintenance branches to maintain or increases manufacturing productivity. Effective documentation and drawings are updated as required.
