The Facilities Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring company facilities are standardized, operationally efficient, and best-in-class across all locations nationwide. This role oversees the full lifecycle of facility and real estate management, including lease administration, vendor coordination, facility maintenance, and new location setup. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and skilled at managing relationships with internal stakeholders, landlords, brokers, and vendors to support the company’s continued growth.
What You’ll Do
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify facility and operational needs across locations.
Coordinate with real estate brokers to source, evaluate, and secure properties aligned with business objectives.
Review, execute, and manage lease agreements while identifying discrepancies and coordinating contract modifications when necessary.
Oversee the full lease lifecycle, including renewals, expirations, compliance tracking, and landlord relations.
Maintain accurate records and databases for leases, rents, termination dates, utilities, and facility-related documentation.
Coordinate installations and deinstallations for utilities, telecommunications, cleaning services, trash services, and other operational needs.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate contractors to ensure projects and maintenance activities are completed on time and within standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related requests and operational issues.
Oversee routine facility maintenance and repairs to ensure safe, functional, and professional work environments.
Support the standardization of facility layouts, systems, and operational processes across all A1 locations.
Ensure all documentation and services are completed for the successful opening and closing of satellite locations nationwide.
Assist with additional facilities and operational initiatives as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in facilities management, property administration, or real estate operations.
Knowledge of lease agreements and the ability to interpret contract language and identify discrepancies.
Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Experience managing vendors, contractors, and external business partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility or property management systems.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and deadline-driven environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
Two or more years of experience in facilities management, real estate administration, or a related field preferred.
