The Assistant Manager oversees all store operations during their shift, including managing staff and ensuring product quality. They are responsible for cost and inventory control while maintaining high standards of customer service and restaurant cleanliness.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with experience leading teams and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. A reliable insured vehicle and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are required.

Of course, you'll need some skills- judgement, math and the ability to multi-task.
Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You set the tone and the example for the store and you have to be on your game 100% of the time!
