As a Bulk Fuels Planner , you will manage fuel inventory levels and schedule deliveries to BP’s bulk fuel customers. This is a fixed-term opportunity through to early March, providing an excellent chance to gain experience in a fast-paced and critical supply chain environment.
You’ll work closely with BP drivers, carriers, distributors, contractors, and business partners to make sure customer needs are met in line with BP’s operational policies and priorities.
Ngā Haepapa Matua | Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage daily delivery schedules based on customer needs, stock availability, and operational capacity
Reconcile planned versus delivered volumes to ensure accuracy
Respond to real-time scheduling changes and coordinate updates across stakeholders Support data accuracy and validation within SAP and WINDMS systems
Assist with post-delivery scheduling updates and reporting
Monitor and improve individual and team KPIs with support from the wider logistics team
Collaborate with stakeholders to solve scheduling and delivery issues
Actively contribute to environmental sustainability initiatives like the Eco Drive program
