Attend site visits and conduct venue evaluations
Develop and manage budgets for each event
Develop event presentations and proposals, including layouts and program designs
Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and manage artwork design and production
Partner with internal departments to determine operational, logistical, and technical requirements based on client objectives
Secure necessary permits and ensure the event meets local health and safety regulations
Prepare event materials and coordinate with logistics teams for deployment
Oversee inventory and asset management for event materials
Conduct post-event evaluations and recaps to showcase event success and ROI, capture key learnings and make strategic recommendations for future events
On-Site Event Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure goals and objectives are met
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution
Manage and direct on-site staff, volunteers, and vendors
Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown
Implement operational logistics plans, including loading and unloading event assets
Coordinate team travel to and from event sites
Address and resolve on-site challenges as they arise
Perform other duties as needed to support event success
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
2-4 years of experience in event production, event management, experiential marketing, or related fields preferred
Familiarity with sports, entertainment, and live event environments
Experience with event permitting in major markets or managing permitting via a 3rd party
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing event environments
Proven ability to build relationships across teams, clients, vendors, and partners
Strong active listening, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience leading or coordinating teams
Strong work ethic with a willingness to take initiative and ownership of projects
Experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing budgets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and / or Google Suite
Comfortable using power tools and operating forklifts (training will be provided)
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
Ability to work outdoors and on-site in varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, and other weather, as required by event needs.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with a variety of audiences, communities, or consumer groups
