General• Capturar pedidos de los Asociados así como orientarlos para que obtengan los mejores resultados de los productos y servicios de la empresa.
Funciones y Responsabilidades
• Capturar y rastrear pedidos de los Asociados vía telefónica, mostrando empatía y buen servicio.• Documentar cualquier evento adverso reportado por un Asociado o Cliente y continuar el proceso correspondiente para que reciban el seguimiento por parte del área correspondiente.• Proporcionar información de promociones, eventos, nuevos productos a los Asociados.• Orientar a los Asociados para que obtengan los mejores resultados de los productos y servicios de la compañía.• Apoyar en cierre de mes para la toma de pedidos, en las fechas y horarios marcados por la Compañía. • Estar disponible para apoyo en días festivos dentro del Centro de Llamadas, eventos fuera de la oficina que la Compañía requiera.
Procesos y Controles
• Seguir los procesos y procedimientos correspondientes de Órdenes• Codificar correctamente los casos en HCM para el seguimiento oportuno y reporteo correspondiente.

RELACIONES ORGANIZACIONALES• Interactuar con las áreas de Relación con el Asociado y Apoyo de Pedidos.
PERFIL DEL PUESTO: Las siguientes características son las mínimas requeridas por el individuo para desempeñarse con éxito su función y responsabilidades en la posición.
Habilidades/Educación/Experiencia:
• Carrera técnica y/o Preparatoria terminada.• Un año de experiencia en servicio al cliente.• Sobresaliente actitud de servicio al cliente.• Conocimientos básicos de Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet.• Capacidad para resolver problemas y realizar actividades que le delegue el supervisor. • Orientado a resultados. • Habilidad para interactuar con todos los niveles de la organización. • Excelente Comunicación verbal y escrita.• Trabajo en equipo.
