The Nail Gun Operator is responsible for safely assembling pallets and wood products using pneumatic tools while maintaining quality and productivity standards. Additional duties include labeling, stacking, and securing lumber products for shipment.
No prior experience is required as training is provided, though experience in construction or manufacturing is preferred. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess the physical ability to lift and move materials.

No experience is required—we provide training. Candidates with pallet manufacturing, lumber, construction, or manufacturing experience may qualify for higher starting pay based on experience.
The Nail Gun Operator is responsible for safely building pallets and other wood products using pneumatic (air-powered) nail guns while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards. This position also assists with handling, stacking, labeling, and preparing lumber products for shipment.
