The Back Crew Laborer is responsible for transferring eggs between incubators and hatchers while maintaining biosecurity and animal welfare protocols. They also assist with production tasks, equipment cleaning, and general facility maintenance to ensure smooth hatchery operations.
A high school diploma and prior experience with animals or hatcheries are preferred for this role. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in an environment with dust, chemicals, and varying temperatures.
