The Waste Tech is responsible for servicing waste and recycling areas at apartment communities, including sorting materials, removing bulky items, and maintaining cleanliness. They must also operate company vehicles safely, document work via a mobile app, and maintain professional relationships with property staff and residents.
Candidates must possess a valid non-CDL driver's license with at least two years of driving experience and a clean driving record. The role requires the physical ability to frequently lift 50–80 lbs and maneuver heavy equipment.
