HoustonWe are seeking a Contracts Manager for Strategic Contracting, with experience and knowledge in contract formation, management, and execution of large and complex equipment and services agreements in the Power and/or LNG industry. The Contracts Manager for Strategic Contracting will lead the negotiation of terms and conditions with major Original Equipment Manufacturers and Contractors, lead the contract management function for Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) Strategic Contracting, oversee the administration of variation management, claims, reporting, acceptance and closeout processes for assigned complex contracts associated with the OFE contracts for the Company’s strategic projects. The Contracts Manager for Strategic Contracting will participate in a multi-disciplinary team that provides contracts lifecycle support.
The Contracts Manager for Strategic Contracting will report to the OFE Contracts Director and support the OFE Project Teams as necessary. This position will be located in Houston, TX.
