Since the firm was founded in 1909, we have grown from four attorneys with offices on the third floor of a small office building in downtown Columbus, Ohio to a nationally recognized firm of approximately 375 attorneys with 10 offices in Ohio, Washington, D.C., Texas, Pennsylvania, California, London and Berlin. Today, we are an Am Law 200 firm that provides strategic business and legal counsel to businesses, including multiple Fortune 500 companies, throughout the U.S. and around the world.
