The Property General Adjuster investigates and resolves serious and heavy commercial property losses by negotiating settlements and presenting evidence in legal proceedings. The role requires maintaining high production levels and performing field-based claims work independently.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of property adjusting experience and reside in the Denver, CO area. A college degree or equivalent experience is required, along with relevant state licensing and a valid driver's license.

We’re seeking an experienced Property General Adjuster to handle field claims across Denver, CO. This is a driving, outside role and candidates MUST LIVE IN THE AREA.
What We’re Looking For
✔️ 5+ years of property adjusting experience
✔️ First‑party claims experience strongly preferred
✔️ Proven ability to work independently in a field environment
✔️ Must reside in Denver, CO.
Candidates who do not live in the area will not be considered
Under limited supervision, resolves all types of the most serious losses, heavy commercial property losses or other assigned losses by investigating, negotiating settlements, presenting evidence in legal proceedings while maintaining high production levels; makes sales calls and presentations when requested.
