Manage personal injury litigation matters from inception through trial. Draft legal documents, including disclosures and discovery, while providing status reports to clients.
Requires a minimum of two years of PI litigation experience. A degree or certification in Paralegal Studies is preferred but not required.

McDivitt Law Firm is seeking a full-time Experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This is an in-person position with flexibility and a hybrid schedule, once fully trained. We are seeking an exceptional paralegal that works proficiently and effectively with attorneys and staff and has a client first mindset. The ideal candidate will be professional, positive, organized, highly motivated and proactive with superior analytical and critical thinking skills as well as the desire to provide exceptional client service.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Associates degree or Certification in Paralegal Studies from an accredited college or university program preferred but not required.
Minimum of two years PI Litigation experience required.
Spanish preferred but not required.

Salary: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year (DOE)
