We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant at Specialist Level having 5-7 years of experience with strong expertise in Employee Central ( core ) , Time Off and IAS/IPS to support ongoing operations, country rollouts, enhancements, and integrations. The consultant will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting the comp process and ensuring compliance with global and local requirements.
