The HR Executive manages the full employee lifecycle in Egypt, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, and leave management. They are also responsible for maintaining organizational data in SAP/SuccessFactors and ensuring employment contract renewals comply with local labor laws.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with advanced English proficiency. Technical proficiency in SAP/SuccessFactors, Power Apps, and Microsoft Office is required.
