Job Purpose
To support with the development, implementation and update of HR policies and procedures to provide an effective employee relations service and to encourage harmonious relations within the organization, handle employees’ grievances while maintaining high level of control and transparency to ensure having a healthy work environment, handle the execution of the performance management processes ensuring the alignment with HR strategy and policies. In addition to playing an integral role in managing the delivery of HR project activity associated with major business transformational projects
Employee Relations
1. Handle employees’ various complaints and grievances through arranging the complaints investigation process in coordination with relevant stakeholders and recommend relevant actions.
2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about employment law to assist in providing accurate information to employees on relative issues.
3. Handle the logistics of contract renewal panel through the setting of meeting, administrating the interview and providing feedback on employees’ to maintain high level of selection.
Organizational Effectiveness
4. Compare the current organizations structures with the pre-set organization design policy/guidelines & report any deviation from the Organization design policy/guidelines to the relevant Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and business stakeholders.
Performance Management
5. Support the Employee Relations Manager in implementing the performance management guidelines & framework to ensure its alignment with HR strategy & policies.
6. Work closely with the relevant HR departments to update and maintain the Performance Management system, ensuring that the flexible and standardized objectives are uploaded on the system before the targeted deadline.
7. Prepare and conduct Performance Management system trainings to all relevant employees whenever needed, to ensure awareness and system ease of use.
Employee Effectiveness Survey (EES)
8. Assist in managing the periodic launch of the Employee Effectiveness Survey (EES), including project scoping, vendor selection, project planning and act as the focal point between CIB and the selected consulting firm.
9. Work closely with the HRBP team on the development of the bank’s high-level EES action plan derived from the detailed area’s action plans to ensure that all identified challenges are effectively addressed.
Transformational HR Projects
10. Devise the relevant HR Project plan to ensure key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders.
11. Work with the HR Business Partners and relevant stakeholders to ensure the delivery of key projects milestones on time and within budget, resource and policy.
12. Formulate regular project reporting mechanism for the HR team and relevant business stakeholders to ensure proper reporting across the project team.
HR Reports & Dashboards
13. Develop the relevant HR reports and Dashboards, using raw data provided by HR Insights team, to provide CIB Management with updated HR data whenever needed.
HR Policies and Procedures
14. Update the HR policies and procedures as per the organizational changes to ensure all relative legislative requirements are fulfilled.
Exit Interviews
15. Schedule exit interviews up to the first line management and update the Exit Analysis sheet in a timely manner, to ensure thorough analysis and recommendations are provided.

16. Implement approved department policies, processes, and procedures and monitors adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner

Compliance
18. Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related discipline
· For Officer: 3 - 5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Organization Development or Business Partner roles
· Knowledge of Labor Law, organizational policies and code of conduct
