Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills and proficiency in both English and Arabic communication.
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical preferred).
· 1 –3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
· Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Preferred)
· Strong organizational and administrative skills.
· Good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
· Accurate recruitment records and reporting.
· Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
