AXA Partners is seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to lead Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Wellbeing initiatives across Spain and the MEDLA region on an eight month, fixed term contract.

What you’ll be doing:
As a D&I, CSR & Wellbeing Specialist, you will be at the heart of our efforts to foster an inclusive, supportive, and socially responsible environment. Your main duties include:
Local Spain Focus
Designing and executing employee experience and inclusion programs tailored to Spain’s diverse workforce
Collaborating with local HR teams to address cultural and operational needs
Managing engagement activities, events, and internal communications
Supporting compliance with Spanish employment laws and best practices
Building strong relationships with employee resource groups and local stakeholders
Leading onboarding, training, and development initiatives for staff
Overseeing supplier governance and data protection standards
Organizing and managing wellbeing calendars, events, and inclusion celebrations
Coordinating CSR activities, reporting, and community engagement with NGOs
Managing budgets and payments related to initiatives and events
Supporting employee engagement surveys, analyzing results, and implementing improvement plans
Regional MEDLA Support
Providing strategic guidance on employee experience and inclusion projects across the Middle East, North Africa, and Latin America
Facilitating cross-regional sharing of best practices and initiatives
Supporting regional teams in developing culturally sensitive programs
Contributing to regional reporting and insights on inclusion efforts
Promoting knowledge transfer and collaboration between Barcelona and MEDLA locations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partnering with global and regional teams to develop and implement strategies
Liaising with HR, management, and employee groups to ensure alignment and engagement
Monitoring trends and recommending continuous improvements to our inclusion and wellbeing practices
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in HR, employee experience, or inclusion roles
Strong understanding of workplace culture and employee engagement strategies
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (fluency required)
Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives
Cultural awareness and sensitivity, especially in diverse environments
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team across regions
