About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, Publishers, you'll own and grow a portfolio of strategic publisher partnerships on the BidMachine exchange. Once a publisher is signed by our Sales team, you become the primary owner of the relationship—ensuring successful onboarding, maximizing revenue performance, driving adoption of new opportunities, and building long-term partnerships.

You'll work at the intersection of commercial strategy, data analysis, customer success, and mobile ad tech. By understanding publishers' businesses and translating market insights into action, you'll directly influence BidMachine's supply growth and contribute to product evolution.

What You'll Do

Own and grow publisher partnerships

• Manage a portfolio of publisher accounts throughout their lifecycle.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular business reviews to discuss performance, opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for commercial and operational matters.

Drive revenue growth

• Analyze account performance and identify revenue opportunities.
• Increase publishers' share of wallet through upsells, new products, and optimization initiatives.
• Proactively recommend strategies that improve monetization and strengthen publisher performance.
• Maintain a healthy commercial pipeline within your existing portfolio.

Ensure successful onboarding and activation

• Lead publisher onboarding after the Sales handover.
• Ensure agreed applications and inventory are successfully integrated and activated.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to remove blockers during launch.

Solve problems and drive execution

• Monitor account health and respond quickly to revenue fluctuations, integration issues, and ad quality concerns.
• Coordinate with Product, Demand, Technical Support, and Data teams to resolve issues.
• Keep publishers informed throughout issue resolution while maintaining ownership of outcomes.

Turn customer insights into product improvements

• Gather structured feedback from publishers.
• Identify recurring market trends and customer needs.
• Share actionable insights with Product and Demand teams to influence roadmap and commercial strategy.
• Contribute to improving internal tooling, monitoring systems, and knowledge sharing.

Represent BidMachine externally

• Attend industry events and conferences.
• Expand your network within the mobile advertising ecosystem.
• Position BidMachine as a strategic partner within the publisher community.

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Partner Management, or Publisher Development.
• Strong background in mobile advertising technology.
• Experience working with publishers, mediation platforms, SSPs, exchanges, or monetization products.
• Proven track record of growing revenue within existing customer portfolios.

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and identify business opportunities.
• Comfortable working with dashboards, reports, and large datasets.
• Understanding of mobile monetization, programmatic advertising, and publisher economics.
• Ability to discuss technical integrations with engineering teams and customers.

Commercial Skills

• Experience running business reviews and executive-level customer conversations.
• Strong negotiation, upselling, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to balance customer advocacy with business objectives.

Soft Skills

• Exceptional ownership and accountability.
• Highly proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
