The Senior Recruiter will source, qualify, and match candidates to open requisitions while building strong relationships with hiring managers. They will also provide coaching to junior staff and apply recruiting expertise to meet the strategic needs of the business.
Candidates must have experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role with a proven track record of success in metrics-based environments. A strong command of the French language and excellent relationship management skills are required.

Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across assigned Business Units.
Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers.
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies
Provide coaching and guidance to more junior level recruiting staff
Understand Gartner's strategic imperatives and apply your recruiting expertise to address client needs.

Experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role
A consistent track-record of success in a metrics or goal-based talent acquisition setting
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Someone with determination and a focus on delivering results
Strong command of French
