Our Supportive Housing Custodians do more than provide cleaning services - they work alongside residents, helping them develop housekeeping routines, strengthen independent living skills, and create living environments that support long-term housing stability.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means building trusting relationships with residents, helping them maintain safe and healthy living spaces, identifying concerns before they become larger issues, and collaborating with housing and case management teams to support successful tenancy. Every day, you'll contribute to safer communities, improved quality of life, and long-term housing stability.

Work Schedule
This is a full-time position supporting Permanent Supportive Housing communities across Father Joe's Villages. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday; however, occasional flexibility may be required to meet operational or tenant needs.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated starting pay range for this role is $20.27 to $23.31 per hour, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Final placement and starting pay rate will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, certification status, and internal equity considerations.
