The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general upkeep of the property, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work. They must complete work orders promptly and execute the preventive maintenance program for all building equipment.
Candidates should have residential maintenance experience and skills in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, with HVAC certification preferred. Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces is required.

SUMMARY
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the property's general condition in terms of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, and painting. Additional functions include completing maintenance request work orders on a timely basis and participating in the preventive maintenance program for all building equipment and rooms.
This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus.
