The Area Maintenance Technician manages the general physical condition of properties, focusing on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry repairs. They are also responsible for overseeing outside vendors and executing preventative maintenance programs.
Candidates need at least 2 years of relevant experience and a strong mechanical aptitude across multiple building systems. EPA Section 608 HVAC certification is preferred, along with the ability to respond to emergencies 24/7.

SUMMARY
The Area Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general condition in terms of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, and painting. Additional functions include completing maintenance request work orders on a timely basis and participating in the preventive maintenance program for all building equipment and rooms.
This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus.
