The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the physical and mechanical upkeep of the property, including fulfilling customer service requests and performing daily rounds. Key tasks include repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as preparing vacant units and maintaining grounds.

The Apartment Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for assisting in the proper physical and mechanical upkeep of the property.
