The Leasing Consultant serves as the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process. They are responsible for balancing customer service, sales, and administrative duties to maintain community relationships.
No prior leasing experience is required, but candidates must possess a customer-first mindset and strong communication skills. The role requires a high-energy individual who is adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Leasing Consultant Pay: Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $20/hour) and increasing based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses

Leasing Consultant Schedule: Weekdays 9-6 Saturdays 9-5 Sundays Closed (Saturdays are worked in a rotation with the team)
