We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Director to own occupancy growth at one of our Spectrum retirement communities. You’ll develop and execute the community’s sales strategy end-to-end — building referral relationships, guiding prospective residents and families through the decision process, and ensuring a steady pipeline that supports long-term occupancy stability.
If you join Spectrum as a full-time team member, your story will include eligibility for medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and other voluntary insurance options.
