About the role
Lead strategic growth and operational performance across 16 operating theatres, Central Sterilising Department (CSD) and associated perioperative services.
Partner with Hospital Executive, Visiting Medical Officers (VMOs) and clinical leaders to drive service innovation, surgical growth and commercial outcomes.
Shape the future of surgical services through business planning, technology investment and continuous service improvement.
Influence patient safety, quality and clinical governance by leading accreditation, risk management and operational excellence initiatives.
Inspire high-performing multidisciplinary teams through coaching, leadership development and a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
About you
Five plus years of progressive healthcare management experience with increasing operational leadership responsibility.
Hold tertiary qualifications in health administration, management, finance or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Demonstrate expertise in clinical governance, risk management, quality improvement and patient safety within a healthcare setting.
Provide proven experience developing business plans, monitoring KPIs and driving operational and financial performance.
Lead complex multidisciplinary teams and operational services, with the ability to manage high-volume clinical environments and competing priorities.
