Your part in our Buderim Hospital team
You will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinicalexpertisewhilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns.
Providing supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team through effective decision making and support, you will lead by example through exceptional communication, customerserviceand patient advocacy.
TheAfter HoursCoordinatorwill provide managerial support to all departments within the hospital after hours. You will lead the hospital staff in achieving service excellence and act as a resource person for quality assurance and improvement. You will assess staffing levels of individual areas and where necessary,relocatestaff to meet clinical and organisational needs.
