The QMHA provides direct and indirect care responding to the physical and psychological needs of members according to individual service plans. Responsibilities include assisting adults with severe mental illness in a residential setting with activities of daily living.
Requires a high school diploma with 3 years of psychiatric experience or a bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience. Candidates must be eligible for QMHA credentialing in Oregon and possess a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.

The QMHA provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served. The QMHA provides direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.
On-Call | Shifts and days vary as needed
Expected starting wage range is $18.69 - $22.52. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.
