The Patient Services Specialist is responsible for scheduling patient appointments, managing insurance information, and maintaining medical records. They provide essential front-desk and phone-based support to ensure an efficient and high-quality experience for patients.
Candidates should have at least one year of work experience, preferably in a medical office setting. Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and strong communication skills are highly preferred.
