Manages the delivery of professional nursing care for ambulatory patients within allergy and rheumatology departments. Oversees personnel management, regulatory compliance, and the implementation of quality and safety initiatives.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a valid Registered Nurse license, and at least 5 years of clinical experience. BLS certification is mandatory, while a Master's degree and leadership experience are preferred.
