The Foster Care Case Manager provides case management services for children in out-of-home care and their families. They are responsible for developing and implementing permanency plans for children under the custody of the Children's Division.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related human services field. Prior experience working with children is essential for this role.
