The Hospice Registered Nurse provides compassionate end-of-life care by assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans within an interdisciplinary team. They perform direct patient care, including pain and symptom management, while facilitating communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Nursing and a valid Registered Nurse license. At least one year of hospice experience is preferred, along with BLS certification.
