The Medical Representative builds and maintains relationships with ophthalmologists and healthcare partners to drive product prescription growth and market share. They are responsible for promoting Santen products through scientific presentations, managing territory objectives, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare or Life Sciences with at least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales. Proficiency in Romanian and English, along with a valid Category B driving license and strong digital literacy, is required.

By clearly communicating the value of Santen products, the role drives new prescriber acquisition, increases prescription volume, and strengthens market presence in the assigned region. The Medical Representative represents Santen at conferences and is accountable for achieving regional targets.
