Business Partnership（ビジネスパートナーシップ）
Global R&Dおよび関連部門のステークホルダーと信頼関係を構築し、業務上の課題、ニーズ、および優先事項を理解する。
ビジネス目標の達成と事業価値の創出に向けて、ITおよびデジタルソリューションを提案し、その導入・活用を支援する。
ビジネス部門とIT部門の橋渡し役として、優先順位、期待値、およびソリューション方針の整合を図る。
Project Leadership（プロジェクト推進）
担当するITプロジェクトおよび施策について、計画策定、実行、および進捗管理をリードする。
プロジェクトにおける課題やリスクを主体的に特定・管理し、適切な対策を推進することで、円滑なプロジェクト遂行を実現する。
社内外の関係者と連携しながら、プロジェクトの成功に向けて推進する。
Solution & System Management（ソリューション・システム管理）
担当するシステムおよびアプリケーションの安定運用と継続的な改善を推進する。
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration（ステークホルダーコミュニケーション・協働）
プロジェクトの状況、リスク、課題、およびシステム変更に関する情報を、関係者へ適切に共有する。
グローバルおよびリージョナルのITチームと連携し、IT戦略、および各種イニシアチブの実行を支援する。
学歴・経験
大学卒業（学士号）またはそれに相当する実務経験を有すること。
ITまたはデジタル関連分野で5年以上の実務経験を有すること。
知識・専門性
業務システムおよびIT運用に関する基本的かつ幅広い知識を有すること。
ITサービスマネジメント、プロジェクトマネジメント、またはITガバナンスに関する知識を有すること。特に以下のフレームワークの理解があれば望ましい。
(ITIL, PMBOK, COBIT, Agile, その他同等の手法・フレームワーク)
ビジネススキル
問題解決能力、コミュニケーション能力、およびステークホルダーマネジメント能力を有すること。
